Report on bloom from June 5, 08

Bloom is still heavily in place in Twin Key Basin, Rabbit Key Basin, West to 9 mile bank, and North into parts of Spy and Whipray Basins. Bloom was absent North of here next to the mainland where it was present a few weeks ago.
